● Prepare recruitment Plan at the beginning of year.
● Search for potential applicants through specialized websites. Select resumes based on client requirements.
● Contact selected applicants via phone and/or e-mail.
● Do preliminary assessment and schedule for interview. Conduct interview and prepare interview report to HR manager.
● Send job offer and all necessary documents to applicants and arrange for visa processing should applicant be out of the country. Coordinator between the applicant and visa processing agency throughout the visa process.
● Arrange for airline tickets with air carrier and arrange for airport pick up.
