Connecting Kerala / Tamilnadu - Villikuri - Kanyakumari sections of NH- 47 and
NH-47B under NHDP Phase-3 in the state of Tamil Nadu.
Key Tasks handled:
•Inspecting the construction activities on day-to-day basis as per the work programme to ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with quality requirements.
•Coordinating with the field laboratory and getting all the material tested before consuming in the construction (cement, steel, aggregates etc.)
•Checking and evaluating all material test reports obtained from the field and laboratory.
•Checking subcontractor’s construction activities to ensure the quality of construction maintained.
•Raising Non Conformance Report (NCR) to subcontractor’s non-conformance.
•Tracking and maintaining all documents related with Quality control.
•Coordinating with the Supervision Consultants to carryout site inspections and to get completed works certified.
•Performing Internal Quality Audits as per annual audit schedule.
•Reporting to Senior QA/QC Engineer and attending weekly progress and quality meetings
