o Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the production of bread and pastry for customers in the areas where the company operates.
• Recommends and administer the implementation of plant objectives, policies, plans and programs.
• Develops timely controls to ensure that providing performance standards, recording, evaluating and correcting any variances on all line activities accomplish production plans.
• Ensures that all processing parameters are met through consistent and correct accomplishments of forms. Strictly implement quality and food safety systems: Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitation, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points, Pest Control and Autonomous maintenance Programs
