-Filing with all attachments in box file with proper labels.

KEY RESULT AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES)
1. To prepare and manipulate data as required ( in WMS, EXCEL)
2. To generate both periodical and on- demand reports as requested by management
3. To assist inventory team in tallying / comparison of inventory records
4. To filling of all necessary documents like tally sheets, waybills, inspection reports, receipt summaries, dispatch summaries etc. a proper way.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DISPATCH:
1. Check the documents from consignee and verify in the system.
2. Create pick list for picking
3. Before loading must be check by the consignee to make sure he took the right material base on the documents he requested together with our GWC STAFF.
4. After loading the consignee should be return the documents to release the documents and for signing.
If the consignee found out his item have a damage or discrepancy they should contact the specific agent for this cargo example: Qatar navigation, Barwil etc. to check which item have remarks, then the GWC STAFF prepare the damage report and sign by the AGENT, COSTUM AND GWC STAFF.
RECIEVING:
1. Check the manifest against with tally sheet.
2. Check the item according to the actual material
3. Any discrepancy, damage, lose, item not on the list we call than attention of the tally man to indicate any remarks.
4. After receiving must be sign by the tally man and GWC STAFF.
5. Create product code according to the consignee by cartoon, box, crate, etc.
6. Key in the system
7. Labelling.
DOCUMENTATION:
1. All files of receiving and dispatch should be file manually and put in the system for future reference.
2. Also move pallet, put-away, daily dispatch, forklift checklist and others.
3. Conduct weekly inventory to update the system.
4. Monitoring daily dispatch.
OTHER TASK:
1. Negotiate to deputy director captain in port any related topics, concerned, suggestion, especially warehouse issue like all forklift in trouble we negotiate to Qatar navigation to borrow a forklift to run the operation on that day.
2. Assisting Qatar navigation storekeeper regarding for checking, wrong remarks according on his master list
3. Monitoring housekeeping of the warehouse, material, equipment, racks, and others.
4. Monitoring of all transaction and manpower.
