Manage to monitoring and ensuring quality standards in plastic extrusion processes, including dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material consistency.
Responsible in-process and final inspections using appropriate testing methods and measurement tools.
Troubleshoot extrusion defects and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Lead research and development of new materials and products through extrusion, including formulation trials and process optimization.
Perform color matching and color development to meet customer specifications and maintain consistency across production batches.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to enhance process stability and product performance.
Maintain documentation, test records, and compliance with industry standards and specifications.
