I have been in the United Arab Emirates from 1969 and one of the first batch of graduates from the “Umm Ammar School”, class of 1976, right here from the capital of the UAE. Seeing the Emirates and Abu Dhabi shape to what it has become has been both a privilege and a learning experience. The experience I have gained from my presence in the UAE gives me a deeper understanding of the heritage, culture and customs not only on a personal level, but rather a deep appreciation of the fundamental operational traits used by many private and/or public organizations
