Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing all QMC projects and efficient management of the project team.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Proposes and response to client requests for any additional work required, and ensures that all variation orders are feasible and capable of being completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor the project costs to ensure the profitability and the legal compliance of the overall project
- Ensure that projects are completed within schedule and in compliance with agreed parameters of quality, cost and time. Direct project team members.
- Responsible for issuing technical instructions to the Site Management Team; comprising of Project Managers and Project Engineers of QMC and of various sub-contractors.
- Evaluate and approve invoices and claims of sub-contractors.
- Responsible for the calculation, collating and submission of the installation claims and work Completion Certificates to Clients.
Highlight: Successfully managed the company’s pioneer/major project exceeding the projected profit margin.
General:
- Report directly and serve as assistant to the Managing Partner/Director.
- Represent the company on project contract bidding/tender/negotiation, final reconciliation, management meetings and special meetings with the Consultant/Client, Architects and trade subcontractors.
- Selection and approval of sub-contractors.
Project Management:
- Responsible for organizing the project and efficient management of the project team.
- Ensure that projects are completed within schedule and in compliance with agreed parameters of quality, cost and time.
- Responsible for issuing technical instructions to the Site Management Team; comprising of Project Managers and Project Engineers of various Sub-contractors.
- Receive reports from the Project Engineers and Sub-contractors. Evaluate and approve invoices and claims of sub-contractors. Responsible for the calculation, collating and submission of the installation claims and work completion certificates to clients
QA/QC Management:
- Ensure that the Project Quality Plan is implemented as per standard quality procedures.
- Responsible for issuing technical instructions and clarifications through RFI and ensure conformance to QA/QC standard procedures.
- Responsible for resolving NCR and quality related issues to close out the same within the soonest time.
- Ensure that works are carried out on site in accordance with the contract specifications and latest approved documents (i.e. shop drawings, method statements, approved materials, material test certificates, Project Quality Plan, QA/QC Procedures).
- Verify and approve QA/QC documents submitted by sub-contractors. Ensure that all materials submitted by the sub-contractors and approved by the consultant are the same materials being installed at site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and organizing the project, receiving notes and reports from the Site Engineers.
- Control site work/activities. Issue site instructions and correspondences to sub-contractors.
- Ensure that works are being carried out in compliance with the standard Quality Procedures.
- Ensure conformance to contract specifications, approved shop drawing layout and approved material samples, Method Statements and Project Quality Plan.
- Raise queries and clarifications through RFI concerning quality related issues.
- Provide technical support to the site team, to rectify and close out NCR, if any.
- Crosscheck contract agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As Owner Representative, main role is to oversee all physical planning and coordination of various projects which includes the following functions:
- Assist in providing technical clarifications to the general contractor as well as to all the other trade contractors.
- Furnish preliminary plans for evaluation; includes evaluation of different construction methods and materials to ensure soundness and safety of methodology.
- Assist in the pre-bid/tender phase in coordination with consultants.
- Crosscheck contract agreement of different contractors.
- Oversee the schedule and actual works of the contractors to synchronize the overall project schedule.
- Coordinate plans with actual conditions at the site.
- Clarify discrepancies with regards to contracts and plans in coordination with consultants.
- Assure that the design, procurement and construction activities are carried out in a manner that support and satisfies the specification and quality objective of the project.
- Discuss and synchronize all designs of the different consultants through technical coordination meeting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall project administration and supervision. Prepare Bar Chart and S-Curve, work schedule.
- Prepare project cost estimate and materials quantity take-off.
- Provide job direction and training that would lead to higher productivity rate and manpower efficiency.
- Bring into effect the designs/plans and specifications.
- Prepare reports and correspondence.
- Monitor over-all project development.

- Responsible for actual supervision and implementation of various work items. Monitor and coordinate material requirement and logistics.
-Prepare Progress/Accomplishment Report, Bar Chart, S-Curve and CPM assessment.
