 Monitoring and inspection works of contractors’ installation to ensure that all works, materials, equipments, devices and supports are as per specified in accordance and comply with specified BOQ and the approved construction and shop drawings.

 Instruct the contractor to submit their work program, material supply, work force, shop drawings, and monthly progress report and samples of electrical items for approval.
 Monitor and evaluate project progress for monthly billing and their activity for installation, fabrication, test and the as built drawings.
 Attend weekly coordination meeting with other trade to ensure proper execution of all works.
 Prepare electrical-drawing details if required for any new development or work instruction on site.
 Make a surveillance and routine field inspection of works, installations and prepare monthly reports and letters on subject for follow up. Inspect, supervise the testing and commissioning of equipments.

 Check and inspect that all installation works, materials, equipments, devices and supports are as per specified and in accordance to the specified BOQ and the approved construction and shop drawings.
 Prepared detail and shop drawings for approval and implementation on works at site. Check and inspect that all drawings were follows accordingly in accordance to approved drawings, standards and specifications.
 Cover all electrical, telephone, fire alarm, CATV, data communication, and bell & PA system of works for Jubail Industrial College-Orientation Building Project.
 Make report, electrical material submittals, material take-off, RFI and queries to Royal Commission review and approval.
 Make proposal and technical queries to any discrepancies, design modification, and clarifications for Royal Commission study and approval.
 Responsible for any required testing & commissioning of installed equipment/ systems prior to hand-over to client.
 Supervise, monitor and surveillance the construction of Salman’s Two Residential Apartment in Khobar.

 Inspection and surveillance of contractors works and report for their electrical works, materials, equipments, devices and supports to ensure that these shall be in compliance as per specified and in accordance with BOQ and approved construction and shop drawings.
 Handle preliminary designer, inspections in electrical power, lighting and motor control projects.

Instruct contractor to submit material supply, work force, shop drawings, and monthly progress report and samples of electrical items.
 Make a routine field inspection of works installations and prepare weekly and monthly inspection reports and letters on subject for follow up. Make inspection prior to testing and commissioning of equipment.
 Engaged on RSAF “Engineering Information System” projects to field survey, and spatial & attribute data collection of all defined electrical and telecom objects.
 Worked for the ARAMCO Y2K Project to determine all computers and other related devices for year 2000 compliance.

 Monitor and supervise electrical and mechanical QAE inspection team.
 Carryout preventive and corrective maintenance of all utility and facilities serving the Airbase such as power plant, water & sewage treatment plant, water & fire pumping stations, lift stations, generators, substations, transformers, frequency converters, HVAC, air compressors, computers, office equipment, elevators, airfields lighting, motor controls, power & light’s, etc.
 Lead workforce and direct office/field activities to maximize production. Assign works and quality controls & evaluates the works standard and procedures.
 Assist the superintendent in setting standards of maintenance to include developing the recurring works programs.
 Handle design and estimate of several construction projects inside Airbase like mosque, schools, additional and extension of buildings. In addition, make inspection of contractors work shall be in accordance to design and approved field drawings.
 Review workload to determined capability to do all scheduled work orders and job orders. Identify training needs and provides the necessary upgrade on the job training to assign workers.

 Inspection and supervision works in the construction of a BF Homes housing project.
 Study and estimate of an electrical plan and supervise field works.
 Perform engineering office works, like work program with full coordination to other trade, material supply program of ordering and delivery date.
 Make inspection on work progress and check quality/quantity of works under construction once every week for billing and record purposes.
 In charge of the supporting/training of electrical workers to facilitate job properly and have maximized production.

 Quality control inspection work of electrical installation in the construction of Hail Community College School project in Hail.
 Study the tender of the contract and specification in connection to gather sample materials/brochure for CDE approval under joint BETA & Bouygues companies.
 Materials take-off for all approved electrical plans, make purchase requisition orders, and check the time delivery date and Inspection of electrical materials delivered on site.
 Prepare weekly report every installed item that was in the BOQ for monthly billing.
 Do designing, estimation, shop drawing and revision of all electrical plans as required by the client.
 Responsible for the maintenance of tower crane; batch plant, generators, air compressors, pumps, control panels and all electrical maintainable facilities both on project site and accommodations.

 Supervise machine operators and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance of all plastic processing machines such as blow-mould, injection, extruder, chiller, air compressor, mixer, printer, electrical controls and others.
 Carry out all related electrical works, low current, electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and instrumentation system of works.
 Prepare report forms for the preventive and corrective maintenance done every week, month as required by manufacturer manuals and plants.
 Monitor daily activity and report the quality and quantity produce by machines every hours, days, and weeks on monthly basis.

 Supervise 10-crew in assembly and alignment section and 4-person team in repair, trouble-shooting and home service section.
 Production and quality control using oscilloscope to achieve frequency alignment set for AM-FM radio signals.
 Assemble of amplifiers, AM-FM stereos; hi-fi radios and emergency lights included the checking of operation.
 Modify and revises electronics/electrical PC-board, parts and cabinet for market and customer requirements.
