• Managing and leading CRM, SFA, E-Com, Order Management projects across multiple organisations of Pepsi within KSA (Central & Eastern Region)
• Responsible for the overall health of the implementation project, overseeing day-to-day initiatives and timelines that guide members through their implementation checklist and activities.
• Lead a team of both internal resources and external vendor to ensure successful project completion within the estimated timelines and costs.
• Effectively drive CRM as a key measurement and informational tool for an organization decisional making with end-to-end solution.
• SDLC Planning & Management entailing requirement analysis, scope management, technical documentation, system design & integration, testing & implementation, post implementation support and training to end users.
• Driving end to end implementation of solution, supporting cut-over to the new application, preparing various documents and facilitating management/ acceptance of change in the organisation.
• Take initiatives to bring about Improvements in business processes.
• Resolving cross-functional issues related to CRM, SFA, E-Com, Order Management Implementation.
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.

Implementation of:
• ERP Implementation involving Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Implementation /Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g (OBIEE)
• CRM Implementation involving Sales Tools (.Net Application) and HHT Mobility Solution
o Delivery of UNIKAI IT PROJECTS
o Managing Internal Project Team, Project Budget, Project Forecast, of UNIKAI.
o Managing change control within the Project Risk level, identifying new scope of technology projects.
o Manage vendor relationships for business applications and maintenance SLA performance.
o Assisting CEO and other Head of business functions to ensure compliance of business application portfolio with functional global best practices.
o Implementing new projects within the designated business area through internal teams, software vendors and consultants to meet the overall project objectives over Middle East levels.
o Overseeing preparation of IT budget proposals and estimating project workloads relevant to the business areas.
o Enhancing & developing Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Production and Manufacturing Systems and aligning the same as per UNIKAI IT standards
• As a project manager responsible for the overall health of the implementation project, overseeing day-to-day initiatives and timelines that guide members through their ERP implementation checklist.
• As a business analyst gathering requirements from business stakeholders to understand the existing business process and provide documentation to business for signoff.
• Coordinating with Internal IT Development Team to transform the requirement into feasible business friendly solutions
• Conducting demo/prototypes of marketing services offered by Siebel out of box functionality on Campaign Management, Event Management, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing and Fax Marketing
• Preparing mapping document of the requirement and mapping the same as per Siebel OOB functionality
• Creating design documents (HLD/LLD) and development methods as per Standard Siebel Methodology and following all aspects of effort estimation
• Identifying major and minor gaps in the business process and preparing a gap matrix
• Conducting SIT and UAT testing of the application
• Conducting end user trainings of the application

o Bagged an Award for outstanding performance in IT pre-sales and consulting activities from Strategic Business Unit Head, Fujitsu India
• Functioned as Business Analyst for CPG Domain for 5 projects across multiple organisations across 5 different countries.
• Implementations done across Siebel Consumer Goods, Siebel Marketing and Siebel Field Service Modules of Oracle.
• Lead a team of 23 members both onshore and offshore business model.
• Conducting comparison on the client's requirements against standard Siebel functionality in order to begin defining the changes that must be implemented to meet the stated functional requirements
• Conducted business workshops with business users and process owners to determine the functional scope and business signoff
