Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Complete
purchasing and closure of care packages when requested.
 Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are
correct and that there is adequate change.
 Greet customers entering medical center.
 Receive payment by cash, and credit cards,
 Provide clerical support to the admin manager.
 Answering to the customer telephones and resolving their queries regarding doctors
