Responsible for Preparation and follow up the implementation of the Power purchase agreements and protocols to sell electricity.
Technical Assistant at H.Q. office for all purchases of spare parts and equipments for the company.
Responsibility: Design, Manufacturing, Factory acceptance Tests, transportation and daily fabrication and construction activity of the site; coordinating with the project manager, construction manager, consultants, subcontractors and all concerned functional department etc. using all approved drawings, method statement and materials for the safe, efficient and compliant execution of the project, ensure all contractual and specification requirements are fulfilled. In execution of:
1/ No. 10 units of steel ling pipes of 8.5 meter diameter, 37 m length, 14 to 32 mm steel thickness, including the welding seems and welding NDT testing, (UT, Die penetrate, magnetic field, X-ray),
2/ 450/ 250/180/10/5 Tons 2 Overhead Travelling Cranes, gantry Carnes, auxiliary cranes and Handling equipments
3/ No. 28 Gates and automated hydraulic systems 1000 ~ 3000 KN capacity.
Responsibility: NEC, Sudan is the Government sector responsible for all electrical energy in Sudan, generation, transmission, and distribution, Manages the generation Station (steam turbine power plant, gas turbine power plant, combined Cycle power plant, Water turbine power plant and a number of diesel plants / transmission station and lines, distribution stations, and Thermal Power Plants projects under constructions)
After my Graduate I employed to NEC and Move up from junior mechanical eng. To senior, chief eng. and to department manager, during that period I acquired an experience in the followings
- I'm excellent and familiar about the Detail of steam turbine plant, because I was trained by Accumulated experience engineers and I Lead the team of operation and maintenance in a manual operational steam turbine station (manufactured in 1925) for 2 years, and then in automated 2x60 +2x30 mw steam plant stations. For another 2 years.
- I'm excellent and familiar about the Detail of Various Gas turbine I Lead the team of operation and maintenance in 15, 2x20 6x30 for 2 years.
- I'm excellent and familiar about the Detail of Combined Cycle, as project site engineer and then operation and maintenance eng. In 6x35 gas turbine and 3x35 steam turbine power plant for 3 years.
- I'm excellent and familiar about the Detail of Various water turbines, I lead the team of operation in 40x7 mw Kaplan turbine station for 5 years.
