• Supervise works such as block laying, casting concrete, door installation, glass installation, metal cladding, stone cladding, tile installation, painting, inner lining works, roofing works, interior and exterior architectural works, lifting and scaffolding works, interlocking works, rock wool insulation and water proofing works.
• Monitoring quality of works and progress of works.
• Daily inductions for safety such as fire, lifting, safety of workers and others.
• Scheduling and planning of work to direct workers and sub contractors for their daily activity
• Reporting monthly manpower report, labor allocation report, monthly progress assessment report, daily activity report, monthly progress photo report and breakdown of materials available.
• Attend and participate in professional group meeting.
• Responsible for all materials and supplies needed in construction.
• Attending inspection for internal testing of consultant.
• Snag rectification works for handling over to RTA.
• Track, review and sign time sheets of worker
