Preparing the weekly progress report for manpower and maintaining the drawings and material submittal status updating weekly preparing the summary sheets, and the standing the status.
Preparing mobilization & demobilization schedule of manpower.
Dealing with the Sub-Contractors.
Responsible for the safety & maintenance of the office equipment and machines.
Control the stationary and the other material of the Office.
Prepare target achieve working schedule for site to finish the work in limited time period.
Arranging the meetings for higher management and also follow the traveling schedule.
Preparing monthly progress payment charts.

Coordinate the effort to centralize all specified documents (RFP's, RFFA, RFC, Contracts, Bid documents, all related form to the project etc.) for the project. (Both paper & electronic form).
Taking all routine matters making inquiries and follow up on behalf of the superiors.
Performing other duties as requested.
