Oversee E-commerce operations and service teams for the Xadok, Ristsys, and Ramez.
Focused on enhancing the domestic and international customer's end to end shopping
experience. Spearhead continuous process, logistics, service, and website improvements
across all business units ( Distribution centers, Transportation, Digital Marketing and
analytics, social, finance, store operations, creative and copy, merchandising, buying,
planning and allocation)
Manage Shopemirates.ae & Hyperkhaleej.com Executives while reporting into the CEO to
ensure that all activities (Sales, Merchandising, Customer Service, Finance, Stock, and
Warehouse Fulfillment) are performed accurately, to a high standard and in a timely
manner whilst maximizing sales and profit. Support the Executives in achieving their
objectives.

Administrative activities: Support senior managers and Executives with the daily clerical task,
Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate
people, Schedule appointments and update calendar, Developed PowerPoint presentations
and charts for senior-level meetings, Created and maintained work plans, Coordinated and
arranged travel for clients, Maintained and Manage expense reports.
Management Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular reports for management.
Directly managed a team of 12 staff. Set daily targets for the team, conducted regular
performance reviews, submitting weekly reports on team status, giving presentations and
training on different processes for the new joiners in the company.
Answering & directing incoming phone calls, organizing and scheduling meetings &
appointments, maintaining contact lists, producing & distributing memos, letters, faxes &
forms, ordering office supplies, submit & reconcile expense reports & providing general
support for IT related issues.
