• Carrying out all activities related to all aspects of general administration, logistics, inventory
• Assisting operations team in managing inventory of assets and supplies, monitoring critical level of stocks
• Floating RFQ’s, submitting quotes for reviewing, listing of comparison chart, sending out clarification requests based on evaluation matrix,
• initiating meeting with suppliers, raising Purchase Orders, tracking the status
• submitting invoice(s) to internal accounts, raising the status reports from production, site operation team, assessing the progress and conveying the same to finance for review and payment release based on preset milestone
• Coordinating between departments and operating units in the execution of day-to-day administrative and operational activities
• Scheduling and coordinating internal meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
• Assisting Operations in liaising with client for obtaining permits, passes, work permits and submission of periodical progress reports & invoices.
• Assisting Public Relation Officer, by providing archived documents, records etc that needs to be re validated or required for approvals, permits etc
• Preparing business correspondence with regional & international potential or existing suppliers
• Arranging logistics for the operations
