Configuration of new links on OLT (Consumer and Corporate)
Analyze and troubleshoot of links on OLT and ONT.
Live Monitoring of Fiber links through GPON NMS tool (Displays current status, fiber signals, configuration etc)
Having strong verbal and written communication skills.
Maintaining good relationships with customers.
