a) Budget expenses.
b) Predictable Accomplishment Rectifier.

Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
Analyze financial accounts and provide detailed reports of fiscal health of the company to the Senior Management including early warning signals to the Senior Management
Prepared monthly/quarterly expense analysis spreadsheets to inform management of opportunities to decrease expenses.
Finalization of Annual Accounts and reporting as per Company Reporting Rules & International Accounting Standards.
Preparation of the consolidated balance sheet of the institution, include financial statements of all Subsidiaries.
Directing all accounting systems development through implementation of control, reporting systems to adequately monitor and provide financial insight into business operations.
Manage and direct the staff of the accounts to make sure they have sufficient motivation, training and carrying out their responsibilities and functional according to the standards required.
Liaise with the Internal / External Auditors for the Annual Audits.

Cooperating with finance manager to preparation of Annual Business Plan. Provide seasoned expertise to Business Units in the Annual Planning and Budgeting Process to ensure inclusion of appropriate resources in the Annual Budget to meet financial targets including variance analysis and preparation of Performance Review Report.
Cooperating with finance manager to analyze financial accounts and provide detailed reports of fiscal health of Dubai branch to the Senior Management including early warning signals to the Senior Management.

Assist/advise company-wide on accounting treatment for various transactions and promotions.
Ensure timely financial reporting and all accounts on the balance sheet reconciled and producing quarterly and yearly statutory financial statements, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards)
Liaise with banks to ensure a smooth timely processing of monies.
Train, support and develop staff of accounts department progressively.
