Migration from windows 7 to windows 10 across Business Units after
successful testing of various airline related applications and concerned
drivers for various devices used (scanners, Boarding Tag Printers and
Boarding pass printers);
• Analyse reported incident and provide solutions to users enabling them to
resume their work with minimum disruption as per agreed SLO and to update
status of incident or service request in tool;
