I can effectively handle customer queries related to itinerary, fare quotes, pricing, issuing & reissuing of tickets, and travel related services ensuring zero discrepancy.I have three years experience in effecting necessary changes to bookings including hotels, rail, transfers, abiding by penalties and all- recommendations and testimonials available.I have established good contact with others in the industry including airline representatives and travel coordinators of corporate customers as I work in a Corporation and I have worked very closely with colleagues and seniors who tend to travel for meetings all the time. I am well equipped to answer all phone calls using the correct call answering procedure to attract more business and solve queries immensely.I have fully maintained customer satisfaction to the best of my knowledge so far.
I complete my course after 6 to 8 months depending on the schedule.
I did my internship at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation in 2012. I attained my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education in 2009, with a mean grade of C. I attained my Kenya Certificate of Primary Education with a mean grade of B, IN 2005.
