Each class consists of 28 - 30 students. Responsible for ensuring curriculum is covered on a weekly basis and students are well prepared for exams while creating a safe, enjoyable learning environment.
Manager of an International summer school which hosted up to 600 foreign students over a 4 week period. Main responsibilities were Liaising with National University of Maynooth campus director and manage all bookings with regards accommodation, classrooms and study halls. Working with ATC Language and Travel head office to organise tours for students at the camp. Supervising the activity staff to ensure all tours and activities ran smoothly.

My role was an English teacher at the Beijing New Talent Academy. Here I taught two kindergarten classes and two primary classes, grade 4 and 5. All students were ESL learners, with most having no experience with the English language. I was responsible for creating an effective learning environment where all students were engaged in the process of learning the English language. Main emphasis was on the acquisition of linguistic skills.
