I have worked in various HR and development roles across various sectors in the UK. One of my most diverse role was Saint-Gobain Building Distribution.

My role was a national multi-site role with a primary focus on two leading Brand businesses within the Group (IDS and Ideal Bathrooms - turnover of 170 million; headcount of circa 1000). I was responsible for developing and delivering HR plans in line with specific needs. I was also required to work across all UK Brands (ie Jewson, Graham, International Timber, CTD, Frazer) on various projects with the wider HR team.
