Prepare the KSU's strategic plan 2030, and assist KSU's colleges to accomplish their own strategy and evaluate it. Implement and execute the Strategic plan by preparing the communication plan.
Collecting the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and transform them to Balanced Scorecard system.
Conduct workshops aiming to increase the awareness about the importance of strategic plan for all units.
Assist in preparing the Risk Management, and make sure to achieve the alignment between Self Study Report (SSR) and Strategic Plan for the university.
Coordinating with Quality department in order to get the accreditation.
Worked as project lead for KSU’s rebranding project which would evolve and develop the KSU brand to align with the 2030 strategic plan, vision and internal values promoting KSU to a world class university.
My responsibility included handling the relationship with branding consultancy Siegel+Gale through every step and phase of the project through direct communications with the project manager in charge, strategic and creative teams involved from Siegel+Gale.
Specifics included coordination between teams, managing briefing and fulfilling agency on requests from KSU and making sure we met the necessary deadlines. The project included developing a new positioning for the university and brand strategy, a refreshed identity and its implementation across the different communications touch points.
Further to that I monitor the implementation of the new brand.
Teaching Marketing courses like Marketing Management, International Marketing, and Principles of Marketing
Teaching several marketing courses at the Marketing dept-JU (including International Marketing, Marketing Management, Marketing Strategy, Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Principles of Marketing, and Marketing Distribution).
Teaching various marketing courses (Tourism Marketing, Marketing Management, International Marketing, and Marketing for Non-Profit Organization).
Execute Financial trades on behalf of clients (selling and buying) stocks listed in Amman Stock Market
Build and maintain a constant relationship with customers, and provide them with recommendations and advisement about investing decisions and how to manage their portfolios
Review the clients’ investment portfolios, to ensure they meet market standards and adjusting them where necessary
Research the markets and the performance of individual securities to explore potential investments (reviewing quarterly statements, investigating the company’s current financial status and studying the management personnel within that company to ensure it is a valuable investment)
Execute financial trades on behalf of clients (selling and buying) stocks listed in Amman Stock Market
Build and maintain a constant relationship with customers, and provide them with recommendations and advisement about investing decisions and how to manage their portfolios
Review the clients’ investment portfolios, to ensure they meet market standards and adjusting them where necessary
Research the markets and the performance of individual securities to explore potential investments (reviewing quarterly statements, investigating the company’s current financial status and studying the management personnel within that company to ensure it is a valuable investment)
- Conducting Marketing Research (sampling selection, data collection by
questionnaire, analyze the results and find the conclusions).
- Participating in preparing syllabus for the courses in the marketing department.
- Proctoring over the exams that held in Faculty of Business.
