Main Responsibilities:
- Billing implementation project by setting up and modify required customization to fit business requirements, contacting billing vendor, coordinate between internal departments with the billing vendor and prepare the hardware environment for the billing system’s installation and configuration.
- Managing systems, IT Infrastructure and Billing teams which are responsible for Domain Controller, MS Exchange, AAA, Databases, DNS and Billing.
- Work as a project manager for the implementation of all applications and systems by defining resources and time schedules.

- Integrated the RADIUS server with Sales Force and with the Billing system in order to shorten the operations time when doing transactions on the customers, prevent duplications and reduce users’ mistakes
- Worked on data migration project from old billing system to a new one whose structure is totally different
- Worked with marketing department on projects related to customers segmenting, refining and creating new offers and creating new services
