•Review, Submit and sign LOI, MOU’s, JV Agreement.

• Search an opportunities and create fund for it.
• Prepare the Placement Memorandum documents with coordination with the compliance officer.

• Ensures adequate controls are in place and operating effectively to mitigate the risks in investment operations
• Reviews the operational and financial results of the fund and compares results against objectives and budgets.
• Maintains strong relationships with Saudi and international clients.
• Updates the management with details of incidents of significant reportable events, complaints, claims, errors, and rule breaches.
