- Identifying operations process gaps and taking initiatives to overcome them by using six sigma and 5S methodologies.
- Tracking and analyzing operations KPIs.
- Responsible of the weekly management business review meeting from the operations side.

- Enhancing production, fulfillment, and sales operations.
- Responsible of deciding the selling prices for B2C SKUs.
- Preparing B2C and B2B forecasts and communicating the materials requirements with Procurement Team.
- Managed a partnership project with Noon Company to sell fresh produce items through their application.
- Ensuring that business processes are followed by all departments and taking corrective actions whenever necessary.
- Ensuring stock sufficiency in the warehouses.
- Performing stock counts and reconciliations for warehouses, dealers, and installers.
- Monitoring materials consumption and organizing the stock replenishment process.
Helped in creating a production planning model that enhanced the communication between Sales and Production Departments and improved the raw materials’ utilization.
As a part of a balanced scorecard project, I was responsible of conducting several meetings with the departments’ heads to discuss the strategy and KPIs of each department in order to produce a balanced scorecard dashboard for the company.
