Reporting to IT Head, leading a team of over 50 onshore and offshore architects, analysts, PMs and support engineers. providing implementation and production support capabilities.
Implement corporate IT strategy software initiatives.
Liaise between top management, business owners and IT department.
Provide thought leadership and guidance to team members, both technical and business.
Research software products and lead vendor evaluation / selection processes through formal methodology.
Manage and contribute to plan, design, develop, and implement new applications.
Lead business process (re) design sessions with business owners towards enhancing operations and information flow.
Lead systems testing lifecycle, and respond to Quality Assurance teams input.
Orchestrate training, communications and change management efforts.
Plan and lead Data Migration and Data Cleansing.
Manage production support operations including building/monitoring OLAs, SLAs and Change Management.
Review and analyze effectiveness of production systems and develop improvement strategies.
Reporting to Applications capability head leading a team of 9 resources.
ERP implementation discovery diligence, Project analysis, Scope of work creation, Proposal building.
Project Management for awarded ERP projects.
Multi-Org implementations of ERP financial and procurement modules GL, AP, CE, AR, and FA, PO, INV.
Multi customer production support, Issue tracking during implementation and post go-live.
Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, processes, and systems interfaces.
Craft, plan, and conduct product and technology presentations for pre sales.
Oracle ERP functional, technical troubleshooting, report development and application maintenance.
Develop implementation, conversion, integration, UAT and migration plans for clients.
Work with clients to cost, optimize and document ERP licensing requirements.
Assist in the growth of team recruitment, development in ERP practice.
Reporting to Applications Manager, leading a team of 5 resources.
IT lead on ERP (Finance and Procurement modules) related matters.
Develop requirement specifications from business initiated requirements.
Manage, design, plan and deliver ERP training programs to end users.
Write and execute functional test scripts (UAT).
Plan and execute Oracle ERP upgrade projects.
Contribute to organization’s annual budget and consolidating group’s budget.
Provide new and innovative alternative solutions and work-around to ERP system and application challenges.
