• Developing and enhancing the Handbook, which include all key major processes that are related to the entity.
• Working with businesses to identify means of improving resource efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for senior management and client-related.

• Dealing with and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
• Contributing to the development of project process improvements and best practices.
