Contracting, drafting, review, revise, negotiation, contract review process, supply chain management, compliance, policies and processes, best practice, law expectation for lawyers, interpersonal skills, effective communication, team work, and business operations.
•Provide legal opinion to all matter affecting the company across all the orgnization departments and business, as required, in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. • Draft and review various contract and agreements concerning the company. • Assist the companyin coordination with LAD department head, in ensuring that the orgnization conducts its business in a legal and proper manner. • Receive and answer legal consultations from all the companybusiness department and offices • Conduct legal researches, including online researches regarding precedents and other new laws affecting the company business. • Provide legal support, draft and finalize legal documents coordinate information to lawyers and to the company departments managers. • Review and approve agreements and contracts concerning vendors, service provider and contractor. • As and when required represent the company in various court proceedings involving cases filed against defaulting contractor and labor dispute.
