Total sales operations in floor by Invite customer to the Boutique’s credit experience
• Incentive loyal customers for their purchases.
• Maintain high volume of sales.
• Based on the appointments of Royals, VVIP and VIP’s organize and assist them to experience the collections at the Private Salon.
• Utilize time effectively to maximize sales and customer service and use sales strategies to convert prospective into productive to improve the KPI.
• Follow up with clients, orders, deliveries, sizing etc.…
• Take safety measures to ensure security
• Assure proper inventory log and counts at all times.
• Monitoring the daily stock Inventory in/out and safe, prepare Quotations & goods order form for replenishment for luxury & in-house brands. ( Adler, Chantecler, Mattia Cielo, Verdi, Chatila, Forms & watches Ice link and for Istana private collections)
• Coordinate with the marketing & brand Manager for new and customer orders.
• Handle all type of administrative works, (Daily weekly, monthly and yearly) Sales & target reports, shops activities, footfalls, customer behaviors, prospective client records, orders and customer requirements.

• Managed 3 shops in the gold souk (Gold Land, Gold Center & Gold souk Street)
• Giving adequate training for new recruits, existing and evaluate and prepare annual staff performance report and submit to the higher management.

• Performed inventory counts daily / monthly to assure a tight control and replaced all items sold to display full stock on hand.
• Maintained proper presentation of the sales floor at all times and keeps hygienically tidy.
• In September 2013, exceeded personal and store’s monthly sales goal by 210%..
