Project Nature: - Mainly involved in the construction of Airbase,
Stadium & Airport Project, Metro, Hotel & Towers with Civil, MEP, Fit outs and
Interior Design.

• Leads & finalize all activities related to contractual, legal, commercial issues
related to subcontracts, suppliers, client, MOU & JV.
• Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost
reductions and process simplification.
• Prepare Subcontracts & suppliers Agreement and draft contractual terms.
• Preparing the Bid Letter, coordinating procurement process of Clinet,
Consultants, Contractors/ Sub/ Vendors.
• Manage purchasing/Subcontracts price negotiation, terms, schedules,
guidance& risk assessment to cost saving& new proposals

• Establish new relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure
adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve pricing and
quality of work.

• RFQ, RFQ, Negotiation, finalization and award contracts and monitor the performance and update evaluation & score card of suppliers & subcontractors, manufacturers
• Liaise with Project Directors and attend Tender procedures and prepare Tender Reports, risk Management, spend management report and advising category managers
• Manage & delivery a professional procurement service, fairly and consistently in line with policies, empowerment, integrity and reliability.
• Develop & participates Procurement policies and procedures and ensure continuous improvement of the same.

• Lead all post award subcontract management during the execution under the control of the Project Manager, monitor and provide guidance and recommend mitigation actions for subcontractors post-award activities.
• Actively participate in close collaboration with the Procurement Manager in elaborating subcontracting strategies, negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements.
• Commercial and contractual management of the subcontractors including review of notices to correct, variations, claims, etc in coordination with the Project Contracts Manager.
• The role also includes management of: a) the interim and final payments to subcontractors, b) the subcontractors claims and variations, c) the notices and correspondence with subcontractors. All these activities must be performed in

close collaboration with the Project Contracts Manager and the Project Controls Manager.
• Ensure that all Subcontractor Pre-Assessment and Subcontract Performance Evaluation are done in compliance with the procedure to improve the performance of company/project in Subcontractor selection.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers, contractors and service providers, following the specifications indicated on the purchase, service or works orders, always following guidelines on quotes, tenders, etc., as contained in the hotels policies and procedures.
• Provide oversight and management for all sector / divisional contracts, ensuring support to Contract Managers on disputes, variations, scope creep, cash collection and margin improvement activities to support the broader business objectives.
• Establish and manage the Project Procurement Plan and Procurement Tracking Schedule including organization of interface with other disciplines to plan and monitor all coming activities as well as schedule update
• Concluding the Vendors selection based on technical, commercial and risk assessment criteria in coordination with the Project Director and in accordance with Contractors Procurement policies and Main Contract requirements.
