Architect Engineer for Value engineering of Design engineering submission ( for Power Plant 110 MW at Lumut Balai 285 km From Palembang ) by EPC Contractors to comments of approval phase to issued for construction drawing.

Architect engineer for site supervision during construction phase.
Name of contarctor participate of this project as follow : Hawkins ( Autralia ), Marubeni ( Japan ), ( Toshiba ( Japan ), BCK ( National Indonesia Contractor )
And also engineering consultant BECA ( Austarlia ), Golder ( Australia )

Advise construction supervision team to clients PGE ( Pertamina Geothermal Energy ) to solve related finding issues at the field.

Prepared daily report and submitted to Project Manager ( Mr.Ugo barbon ( Italy ))

Attended Technical meeting, with participate are PGE, Hawkins BCK J.O, Marubeni, Toshiba, Golder Geotecnical.

Responsibility for Quality control of the Power Plant construction related technical requirement with FCRS ( Fluid collection and Reinjection System ) especially for Civil engineering and Architectural scope work.

Senior quality control for High rise construction with 6 tower apartment ( for each tower has 40 floors ) & 1 podium ( 5 floors ) with 3 common basement and 1 access to Taman anggrek mall with sky bridge, total area : 50.000 m2 ( 5 ha )

Project name : High rise building of Sant Regis hotel 20 storey, podium 5 storey & office 48 storey.
Duties and responsibilities :
As leader for quality control to managed construction work scope of structural & architectural
Managed Qc/Qa staff ( 3 person )
As leader to control of strength test for concrete & re-bar test.
Attend Consultant meeting & pouring planning meeting.
Attend contractor internal meeting
Responsibility for consultant complain about construction deviation by report document.
Review shop drawing to implement on site.
Coordinate with BBS ( bar bending schedule ) related re-bar arrangement quality & quantity.
To make sure entire of construction phase fulfill of requirement standard required.
Coordinate to site manager about complain on site & report to project manager.
Propose request for information/request for inspection to consultant.
Prepared rectify method for structural ( concrete & steel ) & architectural section to review in engineering team to propose to consultant ( construction management of project )
Check pouring working method on site & prepare method for any joint concrete until complete properly.
Coordinate with site manager to rectify any deviation.

Type of project : Project management & Construction for NEW STEEL PLANT OF PT.KRAKATAU POSCO with title of project : Indonesia integrated steel mill.

• My responsibility as Senior Architect engineer-Assist.Civil manager for PT.Krakatau posco for supervisory daily contractor works for new steel plant construction in area 383000 m2 with cost USD 6.000.000 000, The project is join operation between 2 National company : PT.Krakatau steel Indonesia and Posco steel from south Korea.
• Make sure overall of plant layout and materials specification including calculation of steel structure without deviation.
• Reporting to Team Leader ( Korean Mr.Moon hyun-Mook )
• Review & approve of approval detail engineering drawing for Construction drawings.
• Responsible for construction of Coke bunker, blending bin, Main control room, BETP building, Switch gear house, social building ( coke plant office ), ETP building, crusher room, GTP electrical room, coke & coal electrical room, temporary shelter, GTP control room.
• Managing daily inspection of main contractor such as PT.Krakatau Engineering & PT.Posco e & c ( Korean contractor )
• Review transmittal details engineering drawing for approval including foundation plan, structural & architectural part.
• Check & approval for method statement propose.
• Prepared daily report, pouring concrete report & administration letter related additional cost & materials propose.
• Prepared Bill of quantity if required.
• Conduct on daily inspection based of standard specification construction & materials which has been released by PT.Krakatau Posco ( Clients ) as references.
• Attend weekly meeting to discuss any issue such as delay schedule, weekly construction progress including technical issues and contract matter.
• Prepared rectify method such as joint of rebar, honeycomb condition ( concrete segregation), pouring concrete vibration, cover of concrete, leveling of beam and floor slab, steel structural & erection and others.
• Material approval & supervision for architectural scope such as floor tiles, wall ceramic shower room, toilet, sanitary utilities, roofing, windows & doors, painting, stairway & handrail, sewerage pipes & septic tank, ceiling & framing system, partition installation, water proofing material & orther.
• Handling contractor with reference to construction management such as NCR & RFIT.
• Puchlist to handover & maintenance period.

• To Handling supervision & make sure quality & quantity of day to day contractors operation including are Field density testing- FDT, Excavation, Piping installation, Manhole construction, backfill, underground facility cables investigation, short access road, interface connection & safety procedure environment

• Undertake “Request For Inspections” of the site works in progress, as and when directed by the Assistant Resident Engineer and or Site Manager.
• Assist the Assistant Resident Engineer and or Site Manager and engage in daily meetings with the Contractors representative for the processing of “Request For Inspections” in accordance with the Contractor short term look ahead schedules.
• Inspect the site works in progress (as and when directed by the SM and or ARE) throughout the day and continually monitor the Labour working in critical areas for all matters of Quality, Safety and Progress.
• Review and comment on the Contractor’s method statements and monitor the works for compliance on a daily basis
• Prepare and submit to the Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) and or Site Manager (SM), non conformance and site deficiency notifications, for their issuance to the Contractor.
• Review the Contractor’s works schedule and monitor for daily achievement. Establish productivity records and graph for specific and or important project works.
• Prepare daily inspection reports on the man power and use of materials quantities.
• Inspect materials delivered and report on quantities and technical compliance
• Prepare project reports (written and photographic) on progress of the works, quality and technical conformance of the works, safety and other matters. Take daily photographs of the work and collate the photographic data into a report.
• Review, understand and implement on site the QCS (Qatar Construction Specification) requirements.

• Evaluation of Cost estimate and ensured that the project cost is kept the minimum without losing quality and efficiency.
• Controling and observation dateline schedule including working time, cost and man power.
• Provided technical guidance for structural engineering.
• As Team leader at field project to managing contractor work started from foundation, structural work & architectural, electrical & plumbing.
• Control budgeting of variation order & invoice payment who submitted by contractor coordinate with quantity surveyor ( QS ).
• Reporting to project manager.
• Attend in construction meeting among clients, contractor & consultants.
• Make sure the project in smooth completion

• Reporting to Regional construction engineer to supervisory to main contractors are: PT.Krakatau engineering ( KE ) PT.Pembangunan perumahan ( PP ), PT.Pelita nusa perkasa ( PNP) for earthquake constructed resistant method.

• Inspect the works of the contractor on daily basis as directed by regional Construction engineer and ensure that all work are constructed in accordance with technical specifications and standard drawings.
• Issue field instruction and non-conformity notifications when necessary and monitor the contractor compliance

• Maintain afield diary that shall record field condition, any observations made, visual inspections, activity or lack of activity on site, problem encountered, direction given to Contractor or directions received from superiors, important disccusions conversation with contarctors and others related matters.
• Maintain a daily log of site activities to record site progress, Contractor activities and accomplishment for the day, personel, equipment, and material available and the weather conditions.
• Conduct measurement of payable quantites jointly with the contractor and ensure that is undertaken in accordance with the contract requirements, monitor the required works testing and ensure that they are undertaken by the contractor in compliance with requirement of the technical specification.
• Issue field instructions and non conformance notification to contractors., reject defective materials and equipment at site and work that does not conform to the technical specifications and standard drawings

• Prepared monthly report and weekly, Responsibity for various supervising within different area, evaluated of shop drawing and material to make sure that the work met specification of the quality and quantities standards of building structural, materials and construction deadline are fulfilled by contractors.
• Check reports on construction work and its progress, review school design, responsibility of cost estimating according of building requirement.
• Prepared of bidding process include with verification of the contractor, Conduct evaluation in the meeting per 2 week with contractors and engineering consultant.
