Develop and implement standard operating procedures. Establish key processes that ensure reliable and efficient technical services organization-wide.
Participate in long range planning and ensuring those plans are consistent with business objectives and strategic direction .
Participate to accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, defining an annual budget, executing operations as per the preset budget and analyzing variances to ensure cost effectiveness.
Manage and forecast monthly OPEX.
Monitor and manage performance of services by external service providers as agreed in relevant SLA and contracts, achieve and maintain service levels.
Write functional requirements/specifications documents.
Engineering the design, installation, support, and maintenance of corporate systems and networks.
Perform the role of Project lead by assisting with planning, initiation, and management of Projects including managing personnel, overseeing budgets and schedules, and executing project communication plans.
Lead and guide the work of the technical/implementation staff and serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plans project stages and ensure timeliness and completion of steps throughout. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
Assist in all Concerns and decision making for all aspects relate to IT by extending expertise and research.
Identifying and evaluating new and emerging technologies & products to be introduced for continuous improvement
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
Managing Office 365 including SharePoint Online and OneDrive
Maintenance, Support, troubleshooting and Performance monitoring of servers and storage.
Manage and maintain computer workstations and Laptops etc.
Maintenance of network software systems and hardware including firewalls, switches, WIFI routers, etc.
Procurement, Allocation & Management of IT assets
Maintain and support mailing system, VPN’s and Domains.
Configuring, Maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of Printers.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Microsoft OS and Mac OS.
Maintenance of CCTV, PA Systems.
Ensure that the Hardware and Software’s are up running 24x7 to support business.
Prepare RFP’s, issue/evaluate them and make purchase recommendations to the Head of IT.
Preparing Budgets and in day to day activities related to Hardware, Software, and technology up-gradation.
Attend to a network with over 1000+ PC’s and 50+ servers
Attend to at least 40-50 user Issues per day based on a ticketing system.
Offsite IT consultation and technical support for PwC Maldives.
Maintain and administer the network and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
Server-Client Network Administration.
Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications and virus protection software.
Test, review and update server related patches including security patches.
Configure, Manage and troubleshoot all issues relate to IBM Lotus Notes.
Implement and maintain Lotus Notes based Business applications.
Perform such other duties as may be referred to me within my Capabilities and skill
