• Carry out installation of cable glands on power, control and instrument cables in
accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Perform cable termination on MCC, switchgear, electrical panels, junction boxes (JB),
motors, transformers, and other field equipment.

operate and compile documentation of test results as part of the Pre-commissioning or

• Perform rotation check and ensure compliance with system design by monitoring
operating parameters such as current, voltage, vibration, temperature, and abnormal sounds
during testing.
• Successfully executed commissioning and start-up of over 1, 500 instrument loops,
including loop checking, loop testing, and functional testing oftransmitters, control valves,
and RTD, ensuring safe, reliable operation, timely completion, and zero (Lost Time
Incidents) LTI.
• Performed calibration, inspection, installation verification, and functional testing of field
instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.
• Verified industrial communication networks and interfaces, including HART
communicator, Modbus, and other field communication protocols.
• Performed (Cause and Effect) C&E testing and verification for process control, shutdown,
and safety systems.
• Executed functional testing and validation of ICSS, BPCS, ESD, SIS, and Fire & Gas
Systems in accordance with approved procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and Health,
Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements during work execution.
