Try to operating on changing from cost center to profit center Through the following • Follow on the legal issues such as insurance, registration, for all units etc. • Study and propose the new units for the Projects (through technical committee). • Budget preparation for different projects. • Advise and assist in selection of units as and where required for different projects. • Allocate the required units to all sites as required and rental time sheet for each. • Insure the proper usage of these units by competent operators • Plan and manage the flow of the units between the sites in a smooth manner • Prepare long and/or short term plan for the units required. • Prepare a contingency plans from any shortage of units that might occur. • Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance to all units • Planning and monitoring of timely repairs of units received at central workshops • Monitoring operational cost for each unit • Monitoring consumables consumption (tyres, oils, fluids etc.) for each unit • prepare service mobiles workshops to serve units on site • Stock control of spare parts for different units • Monitor the performance of operating units. • Monitoring and control of repair costs of operating units. • Keep accurate logs for each unit status and condition • Keep our company’s units right in warranty with its distributor • Keep our technician’s right in distributor training courses (free of charge)
• In touch with distributors regular technical reports • Keep log sheets for the work shop showing date of entry-date of repair and cost of repairs. • Preparation and implementation of Maintenance program for preventive maintenance of units in operation

Utilize and maximize usage of the company fleet and equipment (More than 800 Units in Operation with a value of approx. 100 Million SR ) through planned and allocated units with 460 Drivers to various departments in good Working conditions through 7 workshops and 72 productive with the following :- Achieved areas Changed department finance from cost center to profit center (limited to cover dep. operation cost) Controlling return on cost not less than 5% of operating units. Achieve the budget annually by Percentage not less than 95% with GP net less than 68% of workshops. Decrease oil supplied and consumables cost by 18% by new contracts. Increasing the productivity from 85% to 98% through Tools and Equipment saving with pneumatic tools. Applying annual training schedule plan for all staff. Applying technician Mix according to job Mix & Fleet Mix. Apply visual process control board. Keeps warranty rights and Technical Reports communications. Covering all fleet required through exchange it between sites lead to stopping outside rent, Increasing the quality of operating units of the fleet W/SH controlling with fleet utilization . Decreasing store stock by 20%, lead to decreasing died stock. Increasing quality of sold units lead to 15 % increase of resale value Applying parts fill rate and service rate system. Maximize the utilization of the warehouse capacity. Minimizing parts holding costs through forecasting techniques. Control dead stock line items not exceed 3%.

F. Establishing an Obligatory Periodic Maintenance System and applying it properly.
G. Making professional, accurate and trusted job orders, daily reports, monthly reports, breakdown reports, utilization reports, rental invoices, inventories, distribution reports and rescue Plans.
H. Responsible of Managing all operators and drivers as the instructions and policy of Company.
I. Improving Production, Reducing the losses, get the requested target.

7. Submit daily report about pending jobs with complete statement
8. Responsibility of direct planning, management and supervision of transportation process and
