• Prepare monthly highlights and reports.
• Maintaining Employee BGV (Background Verification) data.
• Effectively maintaining the on board services data.
• Handle employee welfare policies.
• Follow up with branches and employees for KYC verification.
• Collecting data and preparing employee performance report.
• Handle quarter and annual meetings.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other
business operations.
