Implements instructional, therapeutic, or skill development program for assigned students and show written evidence of preparation as required
Plans and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect the understanding of the learning styles and needs of students assigned
Monitors, evaluates and documents each student's progress utilizing appropriate measurements and assessment devices
Prepares timely progress reports for each student

Incorporated functional skills such as mobility, self-care and use of community resources into the educational program of the students
Maintained instructional objectives for each assigned students
Updated and expanded the curriculum documentation for the subject area in order to provide smooth transition in areas where regular staff change in unavoidable
Reviewed and coordinated with the Principal and Department Heads for the development of the course of study, teaching materials and teaching programmes, methodology and assessment
Participated in professional development and trainings
Supervised and trained classroom assistants
Regularly communicated with the parents and other specialists to ensure that the needs of the students will be met
