Responsible for forecasting, analyzing, identifying and creating processes, metrics, project and resource team schedules, staff profiles and improving methodology for offshore and domestic IT teams within the ECS Technology Organization. Provide capacity and volume metrics to organization-wide leadership teams and generating tailored reports to the corporate finance team.

Conduct ongoing onboarding/training of/for all new Project and Resource managers, via trainings, meetings, how-to-wikis, support and troubleshooting documentation for MS Project, Project Server, SharePoint, Capacity Reports, as well as ad-hoc support to resources who use Project Server to post time.
Consulted and supported technology organization migration from MS Project and Project Server from 2003 to 2010 by translating IT leadership team and resource needs into delivery SLAs by:
o Analyzed the knowledge required by Project Managers, Resource Managers and resources in order to complete the project.
o Performed supervisory and controlling functions to ensure smooth implementation and transition at all stages.
o Provide support to the project managers, champions and stakeholders in meeting crisis situations and finding solution to the technical and non-technical problems.
o Provided training and How-To and Troubleshooting documentation to IT Leadership Team, Project and Program Managers and Resources on how to use this tool.
Responsible for all administrative functions including outreach to more than 180 New York school districts, promotional literature and formal correspondence, assist with one million dollars of grants and provide administrative support to assistant dean;
Plan, organize and implement more than 50 events per year including: Landscape of Urban Education Lecture Series, eight conferences, including an annual education law conference attended by over 100 school district superintendents, administrators and personnel from New York and the nationally attended SOE Annual Summer Leadership Institute;
Collaborate on design and content of SOE publications including brochures, flyers, posters to increase general public's awareness of SOE events, scholarships, national annual lecture series, featured speakers and colloquia with staff and faculty. Write/Copy edit School of Education's bi-annual national magazine, The Education Exchange and E-Exchange, monthly E-newsletter;
Advise Teacher Opportunity Corps initiatives with project investigators, staff. Advise program coordinator in student support implementation.
Represent the School of Education on University wide committees; serving as a spokesperson for the complex CEGO office, the School of Education and Assistant Dean.
