-Assist the sales executive in order to close transaction.check their quotation as well as their Sales Offer.
- see to it that the selling area are clean and items are properly arrange.
- assist the store manager in answering correspondence.
Answer daily e-mails and inquiry.
Over all decoration in the shop. Visual merchandising. Creating for new design in the shop. Procurement of items that needs to be replenished. Checking of daily sales as well as the cash for deposit. Maintaining the cash expenses of the shop. Report the items that needs to be put on sale.
- Basically assisting customer or buyers once they came inside the store. Introduce them the items that we are selling with regards to the materials that have been used and the origin of the products where it came form, Displaying new delivered items in the selling area. Assisting sales staff and checking their sales quotations for export computation. Follow up items for transfer and delivery of the items. Daily report for the sales of the day.
- Scheduling of the sales assistant and their respective day-off for proper reinforcement in the selling area. See a smooth flow in the selling area and checks items that needs to be replenish.
- Follow up regular buyers and informing them of the new promo inside the stores.
