As a senior art director, my responsible for the execution and on-time delivery of high quality creative materials. Most likely, i will have one or more mid- to entry-level managers reporting to me and a staff of indirect reports who will execute the projects assigned to my department. I will interact with executives and management from my organization and its client companies. my focus will be on timelines, budgets and strategic resource planning, as well as the day-to-day operations of my department.
