Preparing deposit slip of monthly income rent payment.
Ensuring optimum tenants satisfaction by being courteous at all time.
Maintaining the showroom. Making sure that the merchandise or items are displayed attractively, kept clean and tidy, well organized, has the correct label and price attached.
Supervise sales staff, as well as training them.
Assist customers and entertain complaints.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report.
Preparing monthly goods inventory.
Deals with the supplier for ordering and receiving goods.
In-charge of pricing of new arrival goods.
Speed and accuracy in cash handling.
Promoting products like cosmetics, accessories, perfumes, toys and dresses.
Attending the customers.
Assist the teacher.
