• Lead the growth of projects at petrol stations in the non-fuel department by developing, planning, and operating within the structure of the project to promote longevity of the business and reduce costs, maximize efficiency and increase revenue
• Expand the structure of setting up a Retail Academy to bring the project to life, hire certified trainers, and create bespoke courses aimed directly at employees to meet all challenges, needs and goals and present proposals to the CEO for approval
• Consult with ongoing operations in KSA by meeting & offering advice on critical projects, operations, expansions, process implementation & Standard Operating Procedures on established projects on which the company had built the foundations
• Define the process of creating an in-house Retail Training Academy to support employees in gaining knowledge and skills
• Led M&A projects focused on expanding and investing in KSA service stations
• Research the strategies, competencies and challenges to refine the process of recruitment, training and mobilizing staff
• Implement standards in accordance with government regulations to ensure all employees are certified for compliance
• Facilitate the business growth by training employees in customer service and sales to promote continuing high standards
• Managed due diligence and integration for service station investments in Global markets
• Schedule daily meetings with the SVP Retail Operations and coordinate monthly with the CEO to report on projects
• Establish the Retail Academy in Abu Dhabi and open branches in all UAE cities to facilitate year-round training of staff
• Delivered investment plans to stakeholders and provided regular project updates
• Collaborate and cooperate with the Talent Acquisition team to draft and outline the procedures on the following: o Processes & Procedures o Training Materials o Communication Flow o Recruitment o Responsibilities & Hierarchies o Trainers & Training Purposes
• Travelled to various destinations on recruitment drives to identify potential employees to work in the non-fuel department
• Evaluate and define the requirements needed for the recruitment of potential employees to determine the following: o Communication Skills o Body Markings o Pre-test Mathematics & English o Medical Testing to Determine Fitness

Achievements:

→ Successfully created all policies and procedures for the overseas market to be implemented across the new facilities at the opening of 70 petrol stations including convenience stores, car washes and retail facilities across Saudi Arabia → Utilized extensive knowledge and expertise in merging existing companies by transferring, refurbishing, rebranding, and creating completely new company identities by changing the names and logos and increasing the company profits by 4%
