• As a IT Manager, I’m leading the Change and Transformation program in the division Identify and lead the implementation of key Performance improvement initiatives in alignment with the Business Strategic Objectives. Part of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Leading the Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Identify the Technology Requirements of the Business. Enabling technology to support the business
• Establish Business Operating Model and Governance Framework
• Assisting the Portfolio Management for the company. The back adheres to PMI standards.
I conduct monthly service review and give the recommendations to IT and Business for the continuous improvement in the quality of service. Ensure the IT division to strictly comply with ITIL standards.

In addition, my responsibility is to Streamline, Define and implement optimized Operational processes. Including but not limited to:
- Problem Management
- Change and Configuration Management
- Asset Management
- Portfolio and Program Management
- Establish SLA with the external and internal stakeholders
- Implementing the Helpdesk Operational based on ITIL V3 framework
Establishing Service Catalog for the IT Division
- Implementing SMART KPIs from resource management perspective
