* Primarily tasked with implementing HR strategy for the company including
Workforce, Recruitment, Pay & Benefits and a Training and Development
Strategy in line with business objectives and key performance indicators
* Fully accountable for the development and execution of HR Talent processes
and polices across the organisation and ensuring compliance over all MENA
locations
* Overseeing the re-establishment of the HR function to act as HR business
partner and consultant to business units to enable improved performance
and business growth
* Leading on the Great Place to Work initiative for the Organization,
implementing an action plan across all regions to address the feedback from

* Taking a lead role for ensuring that all HR policies and procedures meet
within employment/ local labour law as well as best practice.

* Implementing the Great Work to Place Initiative for the Organization
* Reviewing and revamping the way we recruit and retain talent across the
region, reducing the usage of external agencies, and implementing a number
of initiatives to retain the talent within.
* Overseeing Talent Management initiatives supporting the Business strategy.
Driving individual and organization performance through the design,
alignment and introduction of premier Talent Management practices and
processes.
* Approving the MENA annual Plan for training and development activities,
targets and placements/promotions are made to benefit employees at all
levels.

Taking full ownership of the setting of the People Agenda to develop and maintain
HR shared services to support the requirements of the group.
* Reviewing the HR Strategy and the HR Management policies, systems and
practices that fully support the implementation of the overall strategy; and are in
line with the ethical standards and legal requirements.

remuneration practice
* Establishing the new compensation benefit system in parallel with market
