-Ensure that the plant operation is reliable, stable and meets the budgeted production.
-Ensure maximum plant availability and minimize
downtime.
-Issue the daily, monthly & annual operations reports on time.
-Carryout timely membranes cleaning to enhance
membrane life and restore performance.
-Issue plant shutdown reports on time and investigate the cause of shutdown so as to prevent repetitive shutdowns in future.
-Ensure work permit procedures are implemented at all times for plant and personal safety.
-Developing Job deceptions.
-Creating and developing org. structure for Savola Food Companies.
-Responsible for performance management system for all levels
-Implement and maintain the TNA practice to identify gaps and training needs through following up on S&D Process and completion to finalize the development plans for managers in collaboration with LM & Business
function.
-Bridge with the Universities by building network.
-Recruiting for the company vacancies in all phases.
-Manage training administration and logistics / program opening & closing.
-TPM operations/ database, coordinating training,
communication.
Concerned with the design and operation of industrial processes.
