• Manage and drive the development of a New Corporate Integrated Managements System.
• Deliver Project startup documentation framework in line with latest Project Management standards.
• Conduct Internal Audits on the entire company portfolio to assure compliance with corporate and client requirements.
• Lead ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Company Certification.
• Lead all onsite and supply chain QA/QC activities.
• Drive Quality meetings with the Client, Consultant and Engineer.
• Develop the O&M Manual System in coordination with Client, Facility Management and Leasing team.
• Manage the Project Handover and Snagging/De-snagging process.
• Represent the client for all Quality aspects of the project.
• Develop and implement all Quality Management System procedures.
• Conduct first and second party audit for all processes of construction.
• Establish and monitor the Quality Dashboard and KPIs.
• Responsible for overall quality aspect of the project.
• Interface with main a triad Joint venture contractor, the consultant(Engineer) and the client.
• Develop and monitor a dashboard comprising of Trainings, Material inspections, KPIs, Lab reports, ITPs, ITRs, Audits and punch list.
- • Project & Quality System start up.
• Issue and maintain up-to-date the quality dossier such as Project Quality Control Plans, ITP’s, Procedures and Method Statements.
• Review and oversee that the Project Quality Management System and Corporate Procedures are in line and the quality requirements are implemented and maintained.
• Interface with the Employer’s Representative for all matter related to Quality System.
• Plan and carry out internal audits according to corporate procedure and ISO 9001:2008.
• Issue non-conformity reports for works which fail to meet the specification criteria and contract drawings and manage the list until all corrections and corrective actions have been implemented.

• Manage a team of Quality Control Engineers for the inspection of site activities to ensure compliance with the project Specifications, Method statements, Design documents and Drawings.
• Perform Quality Management system audits based on ISO 9001:2008.
• Evaluate quality control activities, records and documentation, reporting, quality trends and implement corrective actions. Perform personnel training based on ISO 9001:2008.
• Coordinate interface activities between Electromechanical and Civil works.
• Review construction drawings for Quality control implantation and inspection procedures a follow up for as built drawings.
- Perform civil inspections with client representatives (OBO) for wall closing activities for reinforced concrete as well as for internal dry wall partitions; manage the “above-ceiling” inspections to insure that all above ceiling utilities and architectural works are completed prior to closing the ceilings; Monitor and inspect site activities such as retaining walls, concrete roadways, parking area, recreational area.
- Prepare the punch-list in conjunction with the client and manages the list until all activities are completed at the same time lead a punch-list team to rectify all problems.
- Assist in reviewing and design of structural elements such as retaining walls, fences, concrete parking lots
- Prepare daily quality control reports for client.
- Perform all concrete and soil testing in accordance with ACI and ASTM testing procedures and standards.
- Perform reinforcing steel inspections on material and installations.
- Concrete reparation crew direct supervision.
- Perform small scale quantity survey.
