• Provides technical support to Project Manager.
• Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records.
• Performs change order estimating and assists the Project Manager in change order negotiations.
• Managing and reviewing the progress of contractors based on the construction schedules.
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as implementing safety protocols, contingency plans, and risk assessment measures.
• Overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including site preparation, foundation work, structural erection, interior finishing, and final inspection for high-rise buildings.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports, construction logs, change orders, and other relevant records for high-rise construction projects.
• Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure the successful completion of of the project.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in high-rise construction projects.

Drake & Scull construction KSA
• Coordinate with project architects, designers, owners, and field personnel.
• Responsible for generating Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals.
• May be responsible for bid analysis, construct ability reviews, and permit processing.
• Inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Offer technical information to the project supervisor to ensure work complies with applicable codes, drawings, and specifications.
• Have a general understanding of the project budget and assist with buyouts.
• Monitor and track project quality control metrics and activities regularly, provide timely and accurate quality reports, and raise issues to the PM or Superintendent as appropriate.
• Plan and organize construction engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Ensuring that high-rise buildings meet or exceed quality standards and specifications, resulting in high client satisfaction and minimal rework.

AFAQ Trading and Contracting W.L.L
• Supervised apprentices, carpenters, concrete laborers, general laborers, joiners, framers, roofers, and other skilled and unskilled tradesmen.
• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Inspect facilities and analyze operational data.
