Responsible for setting the firm’s strategy, directing its business development activities and driving new opportunities across the sales channels, contributing largely to the operational, marketing, R&D and distribution vision of the firm.

• Setting budgets and planning nation-wide customer-specific events; ensuring sales/promo strategies are met to achieve exceptional results and hit KPIs.

Effectively introduced innovative promotion strategies and new cost saving methods which lead to an unprecedented sales achievement and over 15% decrease in Logistics costs.
Championed a company-wide field-market research project on consumer behavior, planned/designed questionnaire, set/tracked targets for all employees, lead a team in analyzing results and recommending changes based on findings.
Accountable for the achievement of the set territory sales volume, set coverage and visibility targets across the customer account within an assigned territory.
• Established strong relations with the customer to ensure our business objectives are being met and exceeded.
• Ensured full execution of monthly trade plans and tracked implementation of the full Business Development Agreement elements across the trade.
• Tracked customer’s financial records, and ensured all credit notes and checks are cleared in alignment with Nestlé’s principles.
• Maintained proper customer records, performance analysis, internal monthly achievements and business reviews.
Grew the customer in 2013 by eight percent following a decline of five percent in the previous year while eliminating all bad practices.
Developed the merchandising team of six employees which set a benchmark for the company - advanced a thorough reporting scheme; strengthened effective communication, proactivity and negotiation skills within the team.
