VoIP equipment engineering in the heart of the operator network: 22000 IP Cloud clients, 1200 SIP Trunks, VGA, MVNS.
Administration of the group's Telecom platforms (LNS, IP Centrex, PSTN gateways, Vocalcom, SBC, Radius, Fortinet).
Support "L2 & L3" with S.A.V teams, agencies and customers via the resolution of their tickets.
Collaboration with the Marketing and Production departments to test and validate the integration of new products.
Architecture documentation "LLD and HLD" and update the installation procedures (Hosted IPBX, IP Extensions, IAD / CPE).
Participation in the on-call (Technical Tests & Controls "VoIP Frauds", international calls").

Deployment of projects (Telecoms and Datacenter architectures) in compliance with contractual commitments.
Ensure the processing of hardware incidents "Level3" as soon as possible.
Operation of Northrop Grumman equipments: ATC Radio System “Park Air T6” & Monitoring System "Park Air R4".
Realization of the technical files (integration diagram, site survey, manuals & user procedures, 2D/3D drawings).

 Lead technical team and ensure daily maintenance and checks of shop repair.
 Uses test, and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of extent of faults, and category of maintenance.
 Performs bench equipment tests to verify operability of repaired equipment according to ATC standards.
 Realize preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on tools, Calibrations, and power generators.

Test and undertakes fault diagnostics of Mirage 2000-C radios: Green (ATC) "V/UHF" & Red (Squadron link) "UHF".
Replaces or repairs damaged component parts & wiring using tools and precision measuring equipment.
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams to determine the method to perform the assigned task.
