Observing product sales movements in total of twelve point of sales retails and Franchising outlets.
Seeking and analyzing the latest worldwide demanded mobile & IT accessories /Gadgets in order to secured authorized distribution right for those brands and establishing continuous healthy relationship with global vendors, during my duty term of this department I succeeded in adding unique and successful brands to our portfolio.



Channel Manager


In retail:

Total management of twelve outlets including zain franchise, supporting and providing the required duties of monitoring, promoting, operating all daily activities to insure the maximum sales and services achievement in retail business.

Wholesale:
Distributing our brand to existing clients, opening new accounts, ensuring good level of market competition and reachability, offering rebate incentive sales programs activities with our customers, promotion activities whiting our top buyers enhancing competition in deferent segment of Kuwait market through our power retailers, hypermarkets, online stores in accordance with prior marketing plans.

Zain indirect sales:

Coordinating with Zain to provide their complete services in our retails.

• Independent Retailer

• B2B(Business to Business)

In Power Retailer and Operators:

• Ensure timely distribution of stocks to the allocated accounts to ensure no sales is lost to the customer
• Interact with the key account managers to discuss and resolve sales issues like credit issuance, release of sales orders
• Analyze stock and sales reports to ensure targets are met
• Discuss and negotiate with product team in the planning and implementation of sales promotions
• Review and suggest weekly demand forecast submitted by the account managers

Independent Retailer:

• Opening new accounts
• Cash-van(oversee sales of 15+ cash vans, inspecting Daily Sales & Growth of 30% After Handling)
• Plan and implement incentives for saleman
• Wholesale(For Mobile 2000, ComTel, and 8 more account of wholesaler)
• IR key account( Surveying of 300+ credit account)
• Samsung store plus( channel for market wholesaler)
