• Manage operations business plan and related goals with regards to engineering projects, productivity, important maintenance activities, changes in equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Responsible for putting together and executing the master site business plan.
• Determine Site Engineering annual targets and goals based on functional strategy and lead and monitor their achievement.
• Lead a team of Maintenance & Engineering technicians, and contractors, working on different assignments within the engineering, projects and maintenance field.
• Work with other Engineering functions to ensure proper analysis and implementation of global strategies, plans, or best practices.
• Establish site master plans to capture all OPEX, CAPEX, engineering, maintenance plans and lead execution to address department goals in the short, mid and long term.
• Manage all routine of engineering and maintenance activities, track progress against plan, and implement predictive, preventive and corrective actions in case of deviation.
• Apply best practices and continuous improvement programs to improve processes and use of resources.
• Maintain compliance of all assets with applicable legal, standards and harmonization of standards within the department.
• Implement Group Engineering projects, guidelines and directives and organize regular trainings to ensure adherence to these and other standards (Quality and EHS).
• Oversee the development of annual human resources processes for the local Engineering & Maintenance teams and validate related results.
• Work with local Operations and regional/global E&M management teams and HR Business Partner(s) in developing a local recruiting pipeline for the function & create the development and promotion of talents within the function.
• Propose budgets and levels of service for engineering and maintenance activities and implement these within approved limit.
Manage a successful strategic CAPEX Projects for USCE BU for ≈ 50M SAR annually.
Manage a multi payback projects model (Capacity increase, Cost Saving and standard Improvement).
USCE Digital Transformation Champion.
Manage a highly complex business calendar with a keen sense of prioritization and time management.
Exercise independent discretion and judgment to solve complex
problems regarding project, department or division-related work.
Develop and implement maintenance strategy based on a Reliability Based Maintenance program consistent with achieving maximum plant efficiency to meet requirements in the most safe, reliable, economical and environmentally safe manner.
Strategize and formulate blueprint execution, identification of locations for opening maintenance channels across the country with the coordination of sales & distribution team.
Setting up service benchmarking in line with competition.
Ensure partners appointment & onboarding as per blueprint timelines.
Ensure bringing quality channel partners onboard and setting up of Maintenance partners service network expansion efficiency.
Develop and implement automated process performance measurement system.
Implementation of statistical tools to reduce measurement errors and drive performance variation reduction.
Develops and manages departmental budget including all financial aspects of the department including capital project estimates.
Enhance EHS, QMS, EMS implementation standards within department.
Ensure availability of updated service contracts for all critical equipment with their agency.
Responsible for management & focal representative with local and external contractors.
Responsible for commissioning of all manufacturer improvement project and assist in frequent time validation.
Establish Inventory Management for critical spare parts utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ensure to maintain optimum stock of spares and consumables.
In charge of schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for projects. Monitors teams to make sure goals and objectives are being kept. Knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise. Maintains standards and monitors scope with project quality.
Achieves electrical maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans;resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Meets electrical maintenance financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Accomplishes electrical maintenance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Complies with codes by adhering to requirements; advising senior management on needed actions.

Manages the performance of the maintenance department including effective use of K.P.I.
Sets and shares Maintenance long, medium and short term goals. Defines procedures regarding maintenance activities and ensures they are implemented.
Ensures the preparation of preventive and predictive
maintenance plans.
Decides and negotiates with suitable suppliers of spare parts and services. Motivates, develops and manages the team in a way that ensures high level of initiative, cooperation and personal development opportunities.
Troubleshoot the premature and unusual failure of the electrical system.
IManage, in terms of budget and schedule, a team of engineers on project. Evaluate Request for Proposal (RFP), develop a preliminary design with enough detail to estimate a cost to implement, and then
complete a written narrative proposal. Coordinate meetings as needed to promote good communications while maintaining project efficiency. Identify areas to improve quality and efficiency in execution of project.
Application of the IEC standards related to project subject matter.
Maintain record of project progress compared to schedule.
Effectively communicate issues with project management and team.
Startup assistance facilities for float glass line and maintenance planning support for all system components including water treatment stations.
Supervise, coordinate and control the maintenance activities for kilns production section. Work in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices and Method Statements ensuring relevant
paperwork is completed in an accurate timely manner.
Work on own and as part of an integral member of a team carrying out routine PPM and minor repair works.
Carry out skilled planned maintenance, repair and improvements. Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant.
Be proactive in reporting faults to kilns equipment. Install new asset/equipment when required.
Maintenance Support for raw mills, crushers, clinker kilns (wet & dry), cement mills and packing lines. Control system development and system Upgrade processing solutions.
